New construction of a 39,216 SF, two-story medical clinic as part of the Stormont Vail Health Emporia Campus. The facility includes extensive outpatient medical functions, including exam and treatment rooms, imaging services, laboratory and testing spaces, patient registration and waiting areas, offices, support spaces, and associated mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The project also includes significant site development, utilities, access drives, parking, landscaping, and other campus improvements. Kendall Construction is serving as the Construction Manager for the project.
