Kendall Construction is based in Topeka and has served commercial clients throughout Northeast Kansas since 1994. We work with businesses, health care organizations, municipalities and community institutions across the region.
Kendall provides general contracting, construction management, new construction and commercial renovation, including Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery. We self-perform a significant portion of our work, which gives us more direct control over quality, schedule and budget.
