Brack & Associates Consulting Engineers has been associated with Kendall Construction on many projects since 2015 and I have personally worked with them almost continuously over the past seven years. Their performance continues to impress me.

Our office provides professional engineering design for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within Health Care facilities. Kendall Construction provides excellent project management with respect to project budget and schedule, as well as coordination between the many sub-contractors which are required to install the critical systems associated with hospitals and patient care facilities. Our office has been part of the design team on Kendall Construction projects completed or presently under construction exceeding $51.7 million.

They have always done a great job of taking care of the owner. They do an excellent job of looking out for the owners best interests and overseeing all aspects of the project, from managing budgets, working with architects and engineers, handling subcontractors, and being the general contractor. 

Kendall Construction provided project oversight from the design phase, through planning, scheduling, and project completion phase. The project was completed in a professional, timely manner and to our 100% satisfaction.

Kendall Construction did an outstanding job staying in constant communication with the district on any changes, challenges, or issues that they were experiencing. In addition to them effectively communicating with us, when we needed to contact them they always returned calls, emails, texts, etc … immediately.
