Renovation of an existing, underutilized patio area at the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas campus into an enhanced employee break and gathering space. The project incorporated a fire pit, custom water features, outdoor seating, and custom architectural elements to create a comfortable and functional outdoor amenity for employees. The work required careful coordination within an occupied corporate campus while transforming an existing space into a high-quality finished environment.
