Multi-phased expansion and renovation of FreeState Electric Cooperative’s existing Topeka facility. Phase 1 includes construction of a new warehouse/shop addition, improvements to existing office and support areas, expansion of the existing mezzanine, new locker room and ready-room spaces, and associated site improvements. The project combines new construction with renovation of an active existing facility, requiring careful coordination between new and existing building systems and operations.
